Dodgy Paper
Waste not, write on
We are thrilled to welcome Dodgy Paper to the Melbourne Pen & Stationery Show for the first time.
The future Is handmade
Built on a simple belief—there is enough paper on Planet Earth already—Dodgy Paper makes fresh, handmade pulp from old scraps, offcuts, junk, and waste paper. Every batch can be traced back to the discarded paper it began with, from premium fine-art printing offcuts to forgotten scraps that might otherwise have ended up in the bin. The result is beautifully textured, one-of-a-kind paper with a story to tell.
Resourcefulness is part of every step: reclaimed timber becomes paper moulds, waste acetate from local screen printers is repurposed for pressing and drying, and orders are packed with compostable and recycled materials. It is a thoughtful, low-impact approach to making paper—and a reminder that anything once made from paper can become paper again.
