The Melbourne Pen & Stationery Show is a unique opportunity for distributors, retailers, manufacturers, makers, collectors and artists who make use of pens, stationery, and related items to connect with a diverse and enthusiastic community of handwriting fans.

While most exhibitors attend the Show to sell direct to the public, others use the event to showcase bespoke product manufacturing, to offer sample products to try, and to display private collections that embody the rich history of handwriting.

The 2024 Melbourne Pen Show was a record year with over 550 visitors through the door, and many longtime vendors reporting their best day of sales in the event’s history.

Applications to exhibit at the 2025 Melbourne Pen & Stationery Show closed on 15 June 2025. We were delighted by the response from the community, and are excited to welcome even more exhibitors than last year – including several exciting international visitors to the show!
