The Melbourne Pen & Stationery Show is a unique opportunity for distributors, retailers, manufacturers, makers, collectors and artists who deal in and use pens, stationery, and related items to connect with a diverse and enthusiastic community of handwriting fans.

While most exhibitors attend the show to sell direct to the public, others use the event to showcase bespoke product manufacturing, to offer sample products to try, and to display private collections that embody the rich history of handwriting.

The 2025 Melbourne Pen & Stationery Show was a record year with over 1,400 visitors through the door, more than double the previous record, and many new exhibitors from Australia and overseas reporting a far more successful event than they had anticipated.

2026 exhibitor applications are now closed

The deadline to apply for tables at MPSS 2026 was 30 April 2026.

As expected, following last year’s success, and with a luxurious new venue and two-day schedule, we received a record number of exhibitor applications. The Committee is now reviewing these applications, and will notify applicants of the outcome in coming weeks.
